Immersion
Step away from daily demands into a setting made for depth, not distraction.
Retreats
Time set apart to be present. Not a clinic. Not a cure. Not tourism.
A space where you can step out of ordinary noise and into presence, with community around you and clear agreements underneath.
We attend to how you arrive, how you are welcomed, how the space is kept safe, and how you are supported afterward. The tone is grounded and compassionate: no mystical sales language, no clinical promises.
The medicine, when present, is a doorway. Awareness remains the path.
A temporary village of attention. You practice presence within clear agreements, and you go home with support for integration.
Dates and availability: [retreat calendar TBD]
Invitations
Step away from daily demands into a setting made for depth, not distraction.
Room to see what is present — without rushing to explain it away.
The retreat does not end when you leave. Support continues as you return to ordinary life.
Service is part of the work: tending the field for one another so each person can meet their experience with honesty.
Looking for deeper stillness? The Darkness Retreat is its own path.
Before you join, we ask for a screening and welcome conversation with a person, not just a form. It helps us see whether an offering is the right fit, and helps you decide with clear information.
We care about readiness, safety, and mutual respect. If another path (or waiting) is wiser, we will say so.
The intake helps us get to know you and prepare well. It opens in Google Forms.
Questions, clarity, and care. You meet a person, not an automated gate.
Integration support helps insights land in relationships, work, rest, and practice. See integration support in the Academy for how that aftercare works.
Not medical advice. Not a cure.
Navana retreats are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. We do not claim to cure disease or guarantee clinical outcomes. Participation is educational and contemplative in nature. Please seek licensed medical or mental-health professionals for clinical needs. If you are in crisis, call 988 (US) or local emergency services.
